I started taking it due to uterine fibroids causing excessive bleeding, which made me anaemic. I used to get out of breath on stairs and struggled to keep up while commuting. I constantly felt tired and found it hard to concentrate. However, my treatment for uterine fibroids has improved my anaemia thanks to iron supplements. Now, I feel revitalised and can concentrate better. I plan to continue taking it until my iron levels are adequately restored.

I require repeat treatment due to heavy menstruation caused by uterine fibroids. Although I usually have regular bowel movements, the iron supplements from the hospital lead to constipation, whereas this supplement has been easier on my system. I have been taking 18mg regularly and 36mg during heavy bleeding. However, the similar labels for both dosages make it difficult to differentiate them. I wish the labelling was clearer.
